Obeying God makes us “brighter” in every way. #26.

God's light has made obedient believers "brighter" from Moses and St. Paul to us. No one is "brighter" than Catholics.

Question 1:  “What made Moses so ‘bright’ that he had to wear the ‘veil’ in Exodus 34:29-35?”

Answer:  “Moses was more obedient to God than anyone since Abraham.  ‘As Moses came down from Mount Sinai with the two tablets of the commandments in his hands, he did not know that the skin of his face had become radiant while he conversed with The LORD.
When Aaron, then, and the other children of Israel saw Moses and noticed how radiant the skin of his face had become, they were afraid to come near him.”

Question 2:  “What has made Catholics ‘brighter’ than other people for the past 2,000 years?”

Answer:  “Catholics are ‘bright’ enough to obey The Church Creating Word of He Who Fulfilled the Prophecy from Moses in Dt. 18:15 nearly 3,500 years ago:  ‘The LORD your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among you, from your fellow Israelites. You must listen to Him.’

Catholics are ‘bright’ enough to connect that Prophecy from Moses with The Church-Creating Word of He Who fulfilled over 300 Prophecies by being born in Bethlehem of a Virgin in The House of David:  ‘And I say unto you, thou art Peter and on this rock, I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.  I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.’

Question 3:  “What keeps people from being ‘bright’ enough to see they should strive to obey Every Word of Jesus?”

Answer:  “Demons of vanity use praise and fear to keep many in darkness by believing ‘We know more than He Who Fulfilled the Prophecies.’  They see truth in some of God’s Words, but fear the light that comes from obeying the call to Catholic Communion that Jesus repeated 14 times:  ‘If you do not eat My Body and drink My Blood you do not have life in you.’  For 2,000 years, That Holy Food has been “God’s manna from Heaven”.

Many prefer the self-serving darknesses of pride, envy, greed, gluttony, anger, lust, and sloth (peggalas!) that keep many from being Catholic and ‘brightened’ by the Actual Body and Blood of He Who Fulfilled the Prophecies.”

Today’s Simple Rhyme:  “Catholics are bright / from receiving God’s light.”
