Satan is described as “the dragon”. He had the first “beast” emerge from the sea in Rev. 13:1.
Rev 13: 11 reports what St. John saw next! “Then I saw a second beast. It emerged from the ground; it had two horns like a lamb, but made a noise like a dragon.”
One “beast” was not enough! The trinity of evil is made clear in Rev 13!
Its three evil persons are “the dragon”, “the sea beast” and “the land beast”.

The three beings of the “the trinity of evil” are not “equal”! The “dragon” made one of the fallen angels into the seven-headed, ten-horned “sea beast”.
He made another fallen angel, the “land beast” be its “servant”.
The “trinity of evil” is not One Being in Three Persons! It is three distinct levels of evil. The dragon fights to confuse the souls of Catholic priests and religious. “Then the dragon was enraged with the woman and went away to make war on the rest of her children, all who obey God’s commandments and bear witness for Jesus.”
His two “beasts” work to destroy the rest of us!

The second “beast from the land” had a power that is clear to us, today! “And it worked great miracles, even to calling down fire from Heaven on to the earth while people watched.”
What does that mean? Television! Cell phones! Computers! The first “beast” empowered governments to control “words and pictures” that would be broadcast on earth.
Those controlled by the second “beast” broadcast from the land! Their messages are clearly “calling down fire from Heaven on to the earth while people watched.”
What we “watch and hear” enters into our mind! Thoughts, words, and deeds are changed to reflect what we take in.
The “beast from the land” does not want us to think that This Word of Jesus Christ must be obeyed!
“And I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.”
The trinity of evil hates for anyone on earth to obey That Word from The Second Person of The Holy Trinity.
The “beast from the land” is continually “calling down fire from Heaven”. That’s all we need to know about television, cell phones, and computers.
