Catholics know!  Our life is as simple as The Street Sign that tells us where our soul is going.  Forever.

Question 1:  “What ‘One-minute Reason to be Catholic’ does Jesus give us in Today’s Catholic Bible Reading?”

Answer:   “In Mt. 5:20-26, Jesus tells us whose souls will not ‘enter into The Kingdom of Heaven’:  ‘Jesus said to His disciples:  ‘I tell you, unless your righteousness surpasses that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will not enter into the Kingdom of heaven.’

~

Question 3:  “What of those who sink to the level of ‘scribes and Pharisees’ and let worldly concerns lead them to reject the ‘keys to The Kingdom of Heaven’ that Jesus died to leave on earth?”

Answer:  “Jesus specifically told us those who let worldly concerns lead them to contradict God will ‘not enter The Kingdom of Heaven’.”

Question 3:  “Whose souls will be allowed to ‘enter into The Kingdom of Heaven’?”

“Answer:  “All who obey His Church-Creating Word in Mt. 16:18-20 will get the ‘keys to The Kingdom of Heaven’ that Jesus died to leave to His First Catholic Pope and his Successors.  ‘And I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.’

~

Question 4:  “How do we know which people may have those ‘keys to The Kingdom of Heaven’?”

Answer:  “The Catholic Church provides This Catholic Teaching:  ‘Life must be protected from conception until natural death.’

Those who reject That Catholic Teaching reject This Clear Teaching from Jesus in Today’s Catholic Reading:  ‘You shall not kill;  and whoever kills will be liable to judgment.'”

“Simple Reasons to be Catholic” help us be among those who are allowed to “enter The Kingdom of Heaven”.
