Question 1: “Why is This Catholic Teaching included in Today’s Reading? ‘Hail to You, our King; You alone are compassionate with our faults.’

Answer: “For Catholics, Jesus is ‘our King’!

Question 2: “Why do Catholics think of Jesus as your ‘King’?

Answer: “Only a ‘King’ can legally provide ‘keys to His Kingdom’. King Jesus offers everyone on earth His ‘keys to The Kingdom of Heaven’.

‘And I tell you, you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My Church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys of The Kingdom of Heaven.’

Therefore, Jesus is ‘The King of The Kingdom of Heaven’!”

Question 3: “Did Old Testament Prophets recognize that The Prophesied Messiah would be a ‘King’?”

Answer: “Today’s Old Testament Reading, Isaiah 42:1-7, tells us that The Father will give His Son This Kingly Power!

‘Here is My servant whom I uphold, My Chosen One with Whom I am pleased, upon Whom I have put My Spirit; He shall bring forth justice to the nations, . . and establishes justice on the earth.’

Only a ‘King’, an Absolute Ruler, could have the power to do that.”

Question 4: “Who are the subjects of King Jesus?”

Answer: “Loyal Catholics!”

Question 5: “How does King Jesus treat His subjects?”

Answer: It is amazing! King Jesus actually gives an order that His obedient subjects are transformed into His ‘friends’ with His Decree! ‘You are My friends if you obey My commands.’

Question 5: “Can only Catholics be forever among His obedient ‘friends’ in His Kingdom of Heaven’?”

Answer: “Read Matthew 20:16-18 again! Only obedient Catholics can get the ‘keys’ to His Eternal ‘friendship’: ‘And I tell you, you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My Church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys of The Kingdom of Heaven.’

Question 6: “Everyone on earth is smart enough to know that it pays to be ‘friends’ with the rich and powerful. Why do only Catholics Think Clearly enough to want to be ‘friends’ of King Jesus?”

Answer: “Many are so confused by distractions that they live in conscious or unconscious violation of The First Commandment: ‘Thou shall have no other gods before Me.’ Worshiping any created entity or idea keeps many from being forever among the immortal ‘friends’ of King Jesus in Heaven.”
