Our job: obey God. Many people willfully and knowingly decide: “I will not believe in God. I will not obey His Teachings.”

The downhill slide of people and peoples begins with disobeying God.

Angry, bitter souls fall farther.

“I have chosen to disobey God, I know that I cannot get into Heaven. There is one joy left to me. I will lead others to disobey God. I will keep as many as I can from God and Heaven.”

+

The infection spreads. Haters take over groups and institutions. They bring death and slavery to nation after nation.

History tells of battles between the people of God and their enemies. Tribes grow and spread. Their customs become their laws. They battle with other groups.

God chooses those who will prevail. Their descendants fall into sin.

Nations become disobedient. Their structures collapse.

+

Then, peoples are taken over by the lovers of death and slavery. Powerful groups “rule with an iron hand”. Free speech is stopped. Free thought is discouraged. It becomes a crime to worship God.

All those involved praise each other. “Those who disagree with us must be destroyed. It is our duty.”

+

As freedom dies, vanity becomes violence.

Soon, a great hatred for God and His Church is spread.

Those who study History find one fact.

As nations are separated from The Holy, Church-Founding Word of Jesus, things get worse.

Disobedience turns into death when Jesus is shunned.

+

Still, His Church shines a beam of light. “Love God and your neighbor.”

Some keep The Faith. We obey His Actual, Church-Founding Word.

“And I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.”

One truth is clear! When fewer people obey Jesus, things get worse.

Our job: obey God.
