Our Search for Truth

It may be that some liars actually are “congenital”, due to some pre-natal stress that causes deep damage to their being. But, their numbers are so small as to be statistically insignificant.

The Loving Programmer wrote our individual programs and had them downloaded at conception. Those programs gave us each an affinity towards truth. Most of us spend parts of our lives trying to deny that innate tendency. If we deny truth for too long, our soul does not end up in a joyful eternity.

We may begin with “simple” truths, like “2 + 2 is 4”. That, we soon find, is a general abstract that’s hardly ever true. If we’re adding two apples and two apples, by the time we’ve gotten to the second “two apples”, the escaping molecules have changed the equation so that it should read “2 apples + 2 apples = 4 apples minus the particles that have left plus any that have been attracted.”

So, truth is as hard to find as the exact ratio of a circle to its diameter. The uncertainty programmed into 3.1416 just goes on forever, leading us to conclude that there is no final truth in numbers. The Program was carefully written and downloaded so that we would not find total truth within it.

Something true that all human programs can know is that the prophets predicted the Coming of Christ, the Messiah. We can read those prophecies. We can read about Christ. We can see that 2-300 prophecies refer directly and specifically to Him. We can see that there is truth in Scripture, in The Loving Programmer, The Program, and in the Holy Wireless Connector. He joins that Truth with Itself and, if we ask, with us.
