Protestantism is pride.

Why do Protestants ignore Jesus?  Protestantism is pride.  John 6: 52-59 is clear.
“The Jews quarreled among themselves, saying,  “How can this man give us his Flesh to eat?”   How did Jesus reply?
“Jesus said to them,  Amen, amen, I say to you, unless you eat the Flesh of the Son of Man and drink his Blood, you do not have life within you.   Whoever eats My Flesh and drinks my Blood has eternal life, and I will raise him on the last day.”
He knew they did not want to hear that!  He could have said, “I am speaking symbolically.” He did not.  He continued to repeat what was necessary to be raised “on the last day”:
“For my Flesh is true food, and my Blood is true drink.  Whoever eats my Flesh and drinks my Blood remains in me and I in him.”
The promise of being raised “on the last day” was not enough!  They still refused to humbly believe.  So, He continued:
“Just as the living Father sent Me and I have life because of the Father, so also the one who feeds on Me will have life because of Me.   This is the bread that came down from heaven.  Unlike your ancestors who ate and still died, whoever eats this bread will live forever.”
Did He say that openly so that all could hear?  Or, in secret?  “These things He said while teaching in the synagogue in Capernaum.”
Why do Protestants ignore Jesus?  Every Protestant agrees:  “I want to go to Heaven.  I want to get there without doing what is necessary to receive His Actual Body and Blood at every Catholic Mass since The Last Supper.
Pride has led them to shun what Jesus, Himself, said was necessary to “have life within you.”   Why?  Proverbs is clear:  “Pride goeth before a fall.”  Protestantism is pride.
