Protestantism’s lack of perspective is clear.

Protestantism’s lack of perspective is clear.  45,000 Marketing Plans have turned into Protestantism’s sideshows.  Their denominations have many things in common:

1.”We know Jesus was wrong!  He didn’t Found One Church when He said to one man, one time:   ‘And I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.’  We just know He was wrong about that.  Our Church is just as good as any other.”

2. “Jesus was not being serious when He repeated His clear call to Catholic Communion 14 times!  He really didn’t mean “If you do not eat My Body and drink My Blood you do not have life in you.”  Jesus was fooling about that!”

3.  “The Catholic Church is not very old!  I know there are written records of Successors to Peter leading The Only Church Jesus Founded for 2,000 years!  That’s just a coincidence!  If Jesus knew our Pastor Bob, He would have mentioned him, right along with Peter!”

4.  “Jesus was not being respectful of us!  He said that only a few people could get into Heaven!  That is not true!  Jesus should not have said, “You are My friends if you obey My commands.”!  Who does Jesus think He is?  It should be illegal for anyone to have that much power. I refuse to be ‘friends’ with anyone who tries to boss me around!”

5.  “I am just as good as Jesus!  I believe in a lot of what He taught.  But, I don’t want to have to love my neighbor.  Some of them are jerks!  And, some of them aren’t even born yet!  I do not want to be inconvenienced with children.  Jesus doesn’t care about me as a person!

Protestantism’s lack of perspective is clear.
