We see, and show, how Protestantism blinds:

Scourging

Luke 12, 47-48 proves the enormity of Protestantism’s rejection of Jesus. We see, and show, how Protestantism blinds:

“That servant who knew his master’s will but did not make preparations nor act in accord with His Will shall be beaten severely;” Uh-oh! That describes those who say, “I believe in Jesus but I refuse to ‘act in accord with His Will’. I will not follow the instruction He gave most often: ‘If you do not eat My Body and drink My Blood you do not have life in you.’

Can it sanely be denied that those who knowingly disregard His Will in this matter, so important that He repeats it eighteen times, “shall be beaten severely”?

Protestantism’s refusal to “act in accord with His Will” is clear. “We know He said ‘If you do not eat My Body and drink My Blood you do not have life in you.’ And, we know that He provided His Body and Blood at The Last Supper. And, we know that The Only Church He Founded has provided His Body and Blood at every Catholic Mass since The Last Supper. We admit it: We simply do not care enough about Jesus to ‘act in accord with His Will.’ We just don’t.”

What of those in the pews? This is where it gets bizarre. This is the closest they come to Salvation: “and the servant who was ignorant of his master’s will but acted in a way deserving of a severe beating shall be beaten only lightly.”

“Much will be required of the person entrusted with much, and still more will be demanded of the person entrusted with more.” awaits, like the Scourge at The Pillar, every person who refuses to “act in accord with His Will”.

How long must the beatings last for those who reject the concept of Purgatory?
