St. Paul says: “sensible people” are Catholic!

.                                               How does The Bible tell us to be “sensible”?  By being Catholic!

Question 1:  “What makes Today’s Reading so PROFOUND?

Answer:  “It gives ‘life’ to This Word of Jesus!  ‘And I tell you, you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My Church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys of The Kingdom of Heaven; . . .’

~

Question 2:  “What does Today’s Reading tell us to do?”

Answer:  “It begins with good advice to ‘avoid’ putting anything before God in 1 Cor 14-22!   ‘My beloved ones, avoid idolatry.’

~

Question 3:   “To whom does St. Paul give that advice?”

Answer:  “People who Think Clearly!  ‘I am speaking as to sensible people;  judge for yourselves what I am saying.’

~

Question 4:  “What does St. Paul tell ‘sensible people’ who ‘judge’ correctly?”

Answer:  “He tells them what he, and every Catholic priest, has provided at Every Catholic Mass for 2,000 years!  ‘The cup of blessing that we bless, is it not a participation in the Blood of Christ?  The bread that we break, is it not a participation in the Body of Christ?’

~

Question 5:  “That is The Miracle of Transubstantiation!  Bread and wine actually become The Body and Blood of Christ!  What does that do for ‘sensible’ people who ‘judge’ correctly?”

Answer:  “It makes us Part of The Body of Christ!  ‘Because the loaf of bread is one, we, though many, are one Body, for we all partake of the one loaf.’

~

Question 6:  “Does The Catholic Church support that with Old Testament Teachings?”

Answer;  “Psalm 116:12-13 supports That Catholic Teaching!   ‘How shall I make a return to the LORD for all the good he has done for me?  The cup of salvation I will take up, and I will call upon the name of the LORD.’

~

Question 7:  “How do Catholics respond to that?”

Answer:  “‘To you, Lord, I will offer a sacrifice of praise.’

~

Question 8:  “Does Jesus tell Willful Protestants they should obey The Call to Catholic Communion that He repeated 14 times, ‘If you do not eat My Body and drink My Blood you do not have life in you.’?”

Answer:  “John 14:23 is very clear about the blessings of those who obey His Word!  Whoever loves me will keep My word, and My Father will love him, and We will come to him.’

~

Question 9:  “Does The Daily Reading ask Willful Protestants a hard question?”

Answer:  “Yes!  Jesus asks every Willful Protestant this question in Luke 6: 43-49!  ‘Why do you call me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ but not do what I command?’

All ‘sensible people’ will correctly ‘judge’ one thing:  ‘Jesus Christ knows more than I do about everything'”
