The most common response to Fatima is “I don’t want to think about that.”

The vast Creation Program was written and downloaded so that each of us free-will, human programs could choose to believe in the Loving Programmer.  Some choose belief and eternal joy.  Others say, “I don’t want to think about that.”

Most of us spend very little time thinking about our Creator.  We do not consider that He can program in three dimensions.  He can program particles and energies with His Word.  He compiled those programs into systems and beings, echoes of His Word.  Then, He  downloaded all the echoes in such a way that we could easily discover that He did so, or believe that we’re living in a huge accident.  It’s our choice.

If we wanted to spend our time thinking that we were more important, we were free to think less about The Loving Programmer and more about ourselves.

Throughout history, The Loving Programmer did things that would prompt some people to think about Him.  He made a Covenant with Abraham.  He sent an angel to wrestle with Jacob.  He freed the Twelve Tribes from Egyptian slavery. He made Saul, David, and Solomon Kings.

And, He sent His Son to die for our sins, after which He rose from the dead, descended into Hell, and ascended into Heaven, from whence He shall come to judge the living and the dead.

Just over a century ago, Mary appeared in front of 70,000 people at Fatima.  She had the sun dance in the sky, plummeting toward the earth with panic-inducing speed.  Despite the thousands of credible witnesses, the most common response to Fatima is  “I don’t want to think about that.”

The Miracle of the Sun, at Fatima, like every other manifestation of God, is there to be ignored by those who prefer not knowing, or thinking, much about God and His coming Judgment.  If we find ourselves thinking about it, and find ourselves growing in belief, we are closer to salvation.  If we find ourselves saying “I don’t want to think about that.”, we’re not being very bright.  That, of course, may be the reason that the most common response to Fatima is  “I don’t want to think about that.”
