The Profiteers of Protestantism’s popular propaganda includes many untruths. One of them is:
“The Catholic Church was invented by The Emperor Constantine.” That is so ignorant it actually embarrasses the smarter Protestants!
History is clear. He Who Fulfilled The Prophecies Decreed The Only Church He Founded Into Being by saying to one man, one time:
“And I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.”
Soon after His Crucifixion and Resurrection, Jesus Ascended into Heaven. His Disciples, filled with The Holy Spirit, began to preach and teach throughout The Roman Empire. They led many to become Catholic.
Who was The Emperor of Rome when The First Catholic Bishops began their great work? Tiberius Caesar!
How do we know The Apostles were The First Catholic Bishops? The Apostles founded Catholic Churches and Catholic Dioceses.
How do we know they were Catholic? Those Catholic Churches and Catholic Dioceses sent Catholic Representatives to Catholic Councils called by Catholic Successors to Peter for hundreds of years. Some still do!
No honest person can deny that!
Why was The Catholic Church was viciously persecuted? It threatened the funding of hundreds of politically-connected religions in The Roman Empire.
When did the persecution of Catholics begin? Nero began to persecute Catholics in 64 AD. Attacks on The Church continued until Constantine became Emperor. Constantine made it “legal” to be Catholic, or in any religion, in 313 AD. That was after 249 years of persecuting Catholics!
Despite persecution, Catholic Saints had begun to select Old and New Testament writings. They became The Bible by 382 AD.
Then, Bibles were hand-written on parchment and papyrus. It took more than twenty men a year to carefully copy a Bible by hand. Catholic Monks, Brothers, and Scribes produced all The Bibles there were for over a thousand years!
The Profiteers of Protestantism’s popular propaganda includes ignoring those facts.
They also ignore the fact that Jesus could have re-appeared any time He wanted. He could have personally endorsed any man who invented even one of 45,000 Protestant Denominations.
Jesus did not do so. His silence tells us all we need to know about which Church to be in!
