There Were Two Political Allegiances Mandated by the Constitution. Not Three.

When the Founding Fathers finalized The Constitution, they made a great breakthrough. They realized that every American should have two allegiances, one to America, another to the state in which he lived.

That discovery was instituted in law by setting up both Federal and State taxing authorities. Local municipalities could be given taxing authority by State governments. Over time, the taxing authorities have grown far beyond anything that could be called sane. They endeavor to keep expanding.

Public Education was a huge step beyond The Constitution. The big-government proponents of Public Education successfully imposed a new level of taxing authority, the School District, nowhere mentioned in The Constitution.

School districts, pretending to be governed by Boards of “concerned citizens”, have actually been taken over by those connected with the people benefiting from their own taxing authority.
