Today’s Reading helps Catholics think about God’s Words AND Numbers! #49.

Catholics have been thinking about God’s Words and Numbers for 2,000 years.

~

Question 1:  “Today’s Reading from 2 Kings 4:42-44 reports that God gave Elisha the power to have his servant feed a ‘hundred people’ with ‘twenty barley loaves’ and have bread ‘left over’ after serving 1/5 of a loaf per person.  Are those Numbers a Prophecy predicting 1.3 billion Catholics now receiving His Body and Blood in Holy Communion?”

~

Answer:  “Catholics see numbers from Elisha that predict The Power of Jesus to provide His Holy Food each week to many of the 1.3 billion people who obey The Church-Creating Word of Jesus Christ to His First Catholic Pope:

‘And I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.  I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.’

Question 2:  “What numbers do Catholics consider in Today’s Reading about Elisha?”

Answer:   “We consider these numbers!

1.  The average person weighs 140 pounds (63.5 kgs).  Therefore, the 1.3 billion Catholics on earth weigh 182 billion pounds / 82.5 billion kgs.

2:   There are 1,814 Communion wafers in a pound and 4,563 in a kilogram.

3.  The world’s 1,300,000,000 Catholics receive The Holy Body and Blood of Jesus from 714,648 pounds (325,067 kgs) of Communion Wafers because we obey The Call to Catholic Communion that Jesus repeated 12 times in John 6 and twice more at The Last Supper:  ‘If you do not eat My Body and drink My Blood you do not have life in you.’

~

Question 3:  “Does Jesus ordain Catholic priests with 71,000 times more power than The Prophet Elijah?”

Answer:  “Prophets like Elisha gave us over 300 Prophecies about The Messiah Who would be born in the tiny village of Bethlehem and give His Life to Speak His One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church Into Being with His Word to The First Catholic Pope.  Without God’s Appointed Prophets, there would not be a Catholic Church or Catholic priests.  We would all be lost.”

~

May God bless us all to let God’s Truth in Every Word and Number from The Father, The Son, The Holy Spirit, and The Prophets lead us to “the keys of The Kingdom of Heaven” that The Son gave His Life to give to The First Catholic Pope.
