Violating the Ten Operating Instructions corrupts our individual operating systems.

The First Operating Instruction is: “Thou shalt not give priority to any providers of operating systems or instructions to Me and those I provide.”

This Operating Instruction keeps us in tune with The Unprogrammed Programmer. We are able to access and download the information we need to draw closer to Him. As we do so, our individual program does best what it is supposed to do.

We are kept from access to Him if we disobey this, the first and most basic, of His Operating Instructions. All temptations have one thing in common, they encourage us to ignore His Operating Instructions. When we violate His first Commandment, we separate ourselves from Him, making it more likely, that we will fall into further disobedience.
