What is the 5th silliest thing some Protestants say? They repeat: “Jesus has to let me into Heaven because I believe in Jesus.”

Protestants avoid this fact! Jesus was very clear about the only people whose souls He will allow into Heaven.

“You are My friends if you obey My commands.”

Catholics respect Jesus. Catholics know The Power of Jesus! “It is Jesus Who sits Upon The Throne of Judgment! On Judgment Day, I will stand before Him! I want to be among His obedient ‘friends’!”

Catholics read John, 3:36. “Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever disobeys the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God remains upon him.”

Catholics have enough sense to be very afraid of disobeying Jesus!

We want to stand before Him among His obedient “friends” So, we gratefully obey His Holy, Church-Founding Word.

“And I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.”

The Profiteers of Protestantism keep warm by fanning the flames of donors’ vanity. “You are smart and you are good and you are going to Heaven! I will tell you that as long as you give me 10% of your income!”

To be fair, Protestantism is not as utterly simple-minded as that. The Profiteers of Protestantism provide another attraction.

“For 10% of your income, I will also tell you that you do not have to obey Catholic Teachings that keep you from doing what you want. All you have to do to get into Heaven is repeat ‘I believe in Jesus!‘”

Those two teachings are the foundation of Protestantisms’ 45,000 denominations. They are both based on two profitable Protestant Marketing Plan Points.

1. “Everybody wants to do what they want!”

And

2. “Everybody wants to get into Heaven!”

Those two Marketing Plan Components are reduced to One Teaching that is The Foundation of Protestantism:

“If I repeat ‘I believe in Jesus.’, then Jesus has to let me into Heaven!”
