Words are labels for programs. They are also the tools we use to connect with each other, with other programmed beings, and with The Programmer. When we speak to God, we use words.

When The Programmer speaks to us, He may use words. Or, He may, instead, have angels go directly into our minds and reprogram directly. He can bypass the word part of communication and go directly to the brain.

We all say “Help me, Lord!”, or words to that effect, with surprising frequency. “Help me, Lord.” often involves a request for information describing a future we are not normally able to foresee. We also read or listen to words that tell us about the past. So, words are also a type of “time machine”, connecting us with what has happened, and evaluating what may.

It is difficult, but possible, to use words to change minds. If someone believes that hate helps one to get ahead, it’s hard to convince that person to put love first. “Talk”, as they say, “is cheap”. But, loving that person, and communicating that love with self-sacrifice will do more to lead them to love.

If only actions weren’t so hard and didn’t take such a long time.

But, we can explain with words that there are more than trillions of years in eternity. We have, at most, only a few years left to determine where we spend a trillion decades.
