“Worship me!”

As a nation nears its end, things get weirder. Instead of encouraging life, governments encourage death. Birth control, abortion, and euthanasia manifest the war against life.

Why do governments hate life? It gets in the way of Important Government People being worshiped.

By their actions and decrees, many Important Government People tell us, “Worship Me!”

Why do those who want to be idolized hate life? When people are worried about their children and families, they may be too busy to praise their governmental leaders. But, if they are dependent on government, obedient underlings will spend more time praising. Many become go beyond obedience and praise. They sink into obsequiousness to gain favor. Government people like that!

Those who are desperate enough for such adulation rise as governments grow. Those who want to be acclaimed as Great Leaders have found that their desires are fulfilled best when they keep people poor, sick, hungry, incarcerated, and dead.

The Only Church Jesus Founded encourages people to worship only God. The pesky First Commandment, “Thou shall have no gods before me.” is in direct opposition to distillations of human vanity who desperately claw their way into the upper levels of government.

“Worship me!” those who want to be idolized say, often in actions that speak more loudly than words.
