Question 1: “Did God show The Prophet Jeremiah how to see ourselves?”
Answer: “Jeremiah 18:1-6: ‘This Word came to Jeremiah from The Lord: ‘Rise up, go to the potter’s house. There I will give you My Message.’”

Question 2: “Why did God tell Jeremiah to go a ‘potter’s house’?”
Answer: “God wanted to teach people about themselves! ‘I went down to the potter’s house and there he was, working at the wheel. Whenever the object of clay which he was making turned out badly in his hand, he tried again, making of the clay another object of whatever sort he pleased.’”

Question 3: “What do we learn from Jeremiah as he watched ‘the potter’ form and re-form ‘the lump of clay’ on the ‘potter’s wheel’?”
Answer: “The ‘potter’s house’ symbolized God’s Creation. The ‘potter’s wheel’ is the earth, spinning around the sun. Each person is a ‘lump of clay’ God made from our parents’ DNA. ‘Then, The Word of The Lord came to me: Can I not do to you, house of Israel, as this potter has done? says The Lord. Indeed, like clay in the hand of the potter, so are you in My Hand, House of Israel.’”

Question 4: “Who is in ‘The House of Israel’?”
Answer: “Every person on ‘the potter’s wheel’ who believes in God.”

Question 5: “How can we make ourselves into a piece of living ‘clay’ that God wants to hold and cherish?”
Answer: “Catholics obey The Church-Creating Word of God’s Son to His First Catholic Pope: ‘And I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.’”
~
Question 6: “What happens to those who refuse to obey God’s Son?”
Answer: “Each of us is ‘made in God’s image’. We throw our cracked and broken pottery into the garbage.”
~
Question 7: “What more do we need to know about being forever among those who follow Acts 16:14: ‘Open our hearts, O Lord, to listen to The Words of Your Son.’?”
Answer: “Catholics know what Jesus said would happen to willfully disobedient people on ‘the potter’s wheel’ in Mt. 13:47-53: ‘Thus it will be at the end of the age. The angels will go out and separate the wicked from the righteous and throw them into the fiery furnace, where there will be wailing and grinding of teeth.’”
