Lots of tens on the calendar! Is there any meaning? There are also five Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays in this October. If Monday is the first day of the week, then the average number of the three days that recur five times is 6. If we multiply the average number of those days (6) by the number of each of those days in the month (5), we get thirty, which is the sum of 10 + 10 +10, the three tens that also appear in today’s date. Is there any meaning to that? Yes! Such calendar meanings are clear: Every day of our lives has some uniqueness, and we should take full advantage of it. One of the advantages we find is that we should usually have something better to do than think more than a minute or two about such things. Although, an examination of the dates on which Fatima appearances took place may provide some insight. We’ll look at that later this month, closer to their anniversaries.

Today’s subject, trampolines, has little, if anything, to do with the date:

The Roman Catholic Church is more than some people think they can handle. Many people prefer believing in Jesus and Salvation, and want to practice those beliefs with a less rigorous Christianity that doesn’t require mandatory Church attendance along with more rigorous rules about what constitutes valid marriages. Protestant denominations may have been programmed into being to provide a ‘safety net’, catching at least some of the souls that fall away from The Church.

The problem is that after them, there are no more safety nets. When disaffected souls fall from those denominations, there’s nothing to stop them from falling straight into the darker realms where there may not be enough light to see how to escape.

It’s better for Protestants to consider their denominations as trampolines, from which they can bounce up to the safer areas within the larger, older pale.
