All religions are not the same.  Jesus Founded One Church. He did not found a single Protestant denomination.

Jesus did not come to “make nice”.  His avowed intent was to save the souls of the obedient.  He promised to turn family members against each other.  He vowed to separate wheat from weeds, sheep from goats, and the living from the dead.  Heaven is for the living.

Then, Jesus makes it clear.  It is He Who has selected them of all the people in the world.  “Have I not chosen you, you Twelve?”

Jesus calls His chosen in every generation.  Those called to the obedience necessary to “eat My Body” and to “drink My Blood” have life in them by receiving the bread and wine transformed into His Body and Blood by His Ordained Priests at every Mass since The Last Supper.

We may pray for the grace to believe and obey.  If we are too vain, slothful, or self-centered to do that, we live in self-worshiping delusion.

The cost of disobedience is death.  It’s all in John 6:53-66.
