Catholics use words to find truth.  Our language lets us share the silliness of a man finding a just-born African antelope and saying “I knew the new gnu.” to  the stupefying reality of “Verily, verily I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.  I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.”

Our language has words for many of the stage props and movements in The Big Movie.  Scientists find satisfaction in learning and reciting popular theories about stage props.  Historians like to learn about prior performances of earlier actors in The Big Movie.

Catholics are blessed with more important issues.  “I have an immortal soul.   How do I get it into Heaven?”  We find answers in The Only Church Jesus Founded and The Bible it provided.

Many accept some of the answers provided by The Church and Bible.  Catholics believe that He Who Fulfilled The Prophecies always told the truth.  So, we believe all that He instructed.  He did not say “Make a lot of money.”  He did say “You are My friends if you obey My commands.”

He told us to “Love God and your neighbors as yourselves.”

God created each soul.  His Church is clear:  “Life must be protected from conception to natural death.”

Those who love our neighbors realize:  “We each began as a person smaller than a grain of salt.”  We realize that those tiny people are our neighbors.  We must strive to protect each from being destroyed.

That is why The Only Church Jesus Founded says that abortion and abortion-inducing birth control is wrong.

Life comes from God.  Those who knowingly prefer death to life do not obey God.  They are not among His obedient “friends”.  They cannot get into Heaven.  It is best to be Catholic.  Catholics use words to find truth.
