Catholics see the connection between Judas and Protestantism.
Jesus knew that Judas would betray Him. Jesus could have called in angels to straighten out Judas’s thinking. He preferred painful death to forcing Judas to be a good, obedient, loving disciple.
In every age, every person is free to attack or defend Jesus.
Jesus died to give us The Catholic Church. He clearly said to the ages: “Verily, verily I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.”
The Seven Sacraments are “the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.” Obedient Catholics have access to those soul-saving keys.
500 years ago, greedy men realized: “To hell with our souls! We want cash now! We’ll steal Catholic properties and be even richer than we are!” They began by hiring Judases. “We will give you fame and fortune if you vilify the Catholic Church. As you destroy Catholic influence, we can steal Church property! We can be billionaires!”
As their Judases attacked The Church Jesus Founded, the vast lands of monasteries, convents, schools, universities, hospitals, and accommodations for the poor were taken. One third of the land in England was given to the greediest Protestants. The Church’s political influence was destroyed. Many became “instant billionaires”.
Jesus does not send angels to forcibly straighten out the minds of those who reject Him and His Church. Obedience is the test of every person in every age.
Luther, Calvin, and 45,000 ambitious men with their own Marketing Plan Denominations followed Judas. In every generation, some choose to attack Jesus and The Only Church He Founded.
Death is the result. When Catholic Teaching was replaced with vanity, The Church lost the ability to protect the unborn. A billion unborn babies have been killed by abortion. Billions more have been killed by abortion-inducing birth control.
In every age, every Judas chooses thirty pieces of silver over obedience. Or, thirty million. The lost lives show us the connection between Judas and Protestantism.
