The Book of Revelations tells us of “The Thousand Year Reign” of The Catholic Church over Christendom. After The Church has ruled for “a thousand years”, the devil is released from the abyss.
Rev. 20: 7. “When the thousand years are over, Satan will be released from his prison and will come out to deceive all the nations in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, and mobilize them for war.”

Who are “Gog” and “Magog”? They are real and they are symbols. “Gog” is the living symbol of spiritual corruption. “Magog” is the political corruption that must follow.
First, Gog. Then Magog.
+
The spiritual corruption is seen in Luther. After “The Thousand Year Reign” of the Catholic Church over Christendom, Vanity led him to believe that he was right and that Jesus was wrong. He institutionalized the pride that puts the proud above obeying The Holy, Church-Founding Word of Jesus:
“And I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.”

As The Church was weakened, political corruption followed. The Church lost much of Her political authority. Then, Lenin.
Nations were enslaved. Hundreds of millions were murdered. Billions of unborn babies, most no bigger than a grain of salt, lost their lives to abortion, pills, and implants.
First, Gog. Then, Magog. First, Luther. Then, Lenin.

Luther and Lenin fulfill two prophecies in The Book of Revelation.
1. They “deceive all the nations in the four quarters of the earth.”
2. “they besiege the camp of the Saints, (The Only Church Jesus Spoke Into Being) which is the city that God loves.”

Each of us is tested. Every soul will go to Judgment. St. John was blessed to see the future from farther in the future: “everyone was judged according to the way in which He had lived.”
What must happen to the willfully disobedient?
The price of willful disobedience is clear: John: 3:36 “Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever disobeys the Son will not see life, but must endure God’s wrath.”
