Catholics think there is at least one “billionaire” in Heaven. Who?

After Jesus died on The Cross, Joseph of Arimathea asked that he be given His Body.

What did Joseph of Arimathea do?

He prepared The Body of Christ for burial.

Then, he had The Body of Jesus Christ buried in his own tomb!

God used Joseph of Arimathea to fulfill a Prophecy! Isaiah, 53:9 had prophesied: “They gave Him a grave among the wicked, a tomb with the rich.”

~

Joseph of Arimathea was “rich”! He could afford to have his large, expensive tomb carved out of solid rock in an exclusive area! Skilled craftsmen with chisels and hammers did the costly work!

How big was the tomb Joseph of Arimathea made?

“The rock had been carved out from east to west, creating a narrow passage. The height of the hewn out chamber fits one upright man, the width also fitting one man, while the length can fit three or four men. Inside the hewn out chamber another section of the rock has also been carved out, an opening . . ., where it is said that Joseph placed the immaculate body of the Lord. . . “

Tons of rock had been laboriously removed to build the billionaire’s tomb. After Jesus was buried in it, a huge rock was rolled in front of its entrance.

Guards from the Temple were posted. So were Roman soldiers.

Neither solid rock, nor Herod, nor Roman soldiers could keep The Body of Christ buried! He rose, as prophesied: “This is what is written: The Messiah will suffer and rise from the dead on the third day”.

It is clear! God used a “billionaire” to let The Prophecies be fulfilled!

Catholics believe there is at least one “billionaire” in Heaven. Who? May the example of Joseph of Arimathea be better understood and followed by everyone, rich or poor!
