All Christians are blessed to have Romans 3:28 in their Bibles and in their minds: “for we reckon a man to be justified by faith without deeds of law.”
Sadly, Martin Luther added a word so that it would read: “for we reckon a man to be justified by faith alone without deeds of law.”
Luther added that word because his Marketing Plan would not have credibility if he could not show that he was “justified” in breaking his vows as a Catholic priest and by marrying a nun. He did that by adding the word “alone” to Romans 3:28 and claiming that “faith alone“ would erase our sins!
Many began to make a living by sharing that self-serving idea! They often compound the fraud by using Latin, the language of The Catholic Church for 2,000 years, to give it credibility: “Sole Fides”!
All Protestant movements want to “remove” the Church-Creating Word of Jesus to His First Catholic Pope from donors’ minds: “And I say unto you, ‘Thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.'”
Many still justify their disobedience to The Church-Creating Word of Jesus by making “faith alone” an article of Faith. They ignore Deuteronomy 4:2, “You must not add or subtract from what I command you…”
And, they ignore Revelation 22:18-19, “If anyone adds anything to them, God will add to that person the plagues described in this scroll.”
Any sinner can claim “sola fides” will justify whatever sin prompted by “peggalas”, the new Catholic acronym describing the seven tribes of demons that keep many from striving to be as Catholic as they can: pride, envy, greed, gluttony, anger, lust, and sloth.
They keep as many as they can from striving to get “the keys to The Kingom of Heaven”! Those “keys” include the Seven Catholic Sacraments: Baptism, Confession/Absolution, Communion, Confirmation, Marriage, Healing, and Holy Orders. Many have never even considered that Christ’s “Holy Orders” do take living form in Catholic priests, religious, and concerned Catholics who try to obey Every Word of God!
Martin Luther, and all who are similarly focused on themselves, say, “Those things are not necessary! ‘Sola fides’ is all we need! My ‘faith’ is in that, no matter what God says!”
Worshipping the false god their vanity has become makes them live in continuing disobedience to The First Commandment, “Thou shall have no other gods before Me.”

Today’s Simple Rhyme: “We know more than Jesus, and you can, too! / Follow ‘Sola Fides’ and to yourself be true.”
