Many pass this judgment on others: “You never know what he’s going to do because he’s bi-polar.” Or, “It’s hard to be friends with her because she’s bi-polar.”
Before “bi-polar” came into vogue, the same odd, contradictory behaviors were described as “schizoid”, “schizophrenic”, or “split personality”. New generations of “experts” replace those labels with the vague, politically correct “bi-polar” and believe that progress is being made.
Catholic Fundamentalism suggests that “bi-polar”, and it’s earlier versions, describes people who alternate between worshiping God and worshiping self. When we see how the 43,000 “somewhat Christian” Pastor Bobisms differ from Catholic practices, we see that Pastor Bobists, those in the 43,000 Pastor Bobisms, make choices that alternate between serving God and self. Here are three specific contradictions to answer “Are Pastor Bobists bi-polar?”
Fact 1: All Pastor Bobists say The Lord’s Prayer. That Prayer includes the phrase “. . . hallowed be Thy name. Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.”
Fact 2: Nearly all Pastor Bobists believe in the Trinitarian nature of God; one God in the Three Persons of The Holy Trinity, The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit.
Fact 3: Therefore, most Pastor Bobists believe that Jesus, Second Person of The Trinity, is God.
Fact 4: Among Jesus’ teachings were these specific statements of fact:
A. “If you do not eat My Body and drink My Blood you do not have life in you.”
B. “Thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you The Keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.”
C. At The Last Supper, Jesus transformed bread and wine into His Body and Blood.
While insisting they believe in 1, 2, and 3, Pastor Bobs and their Bobists ignore Jesus’ (God’s!) very clear statements in A and B. They ignore early Catholic teachings of the Church Fathers to get out of believing in C. Can living with these contradictions be described, in one word, or two, as “bi-polar”?
Can the question “Are Pastor Bobists bi-polar?” be answered any way but in the affirmative?
We have a duty to help them leave that awful limbo. The only way to certitude, consistency, and the resulting mental health is through The Only Church Jesus Founded.
The Pastor Bobs, on the other hand, are more concerned with having their Bobism’s Bobists to keep on giving them money. They either fall into endless word games with various translations or insist that such contradictions are not meaningful. That denial of simple facts reminds us of the very complicated mental gymnastics once used to “prove” that the sun went around the earth. What do we call those who encourage people to be “bi-polar”?”
Are Pastor Bobs actually “tri-polar”? Have their widespread contradictions so permeated society that they are the cause of the bi-polar people’s problems?
