Question 1:  “How does Today’s Reading tell us whose souls are going to hell?”

Answer:  “Mark 3:22-30 tells us:  ‘The scribes who had come from Jerusalem said of Jesus, ‘He is possessed by Beelzebul’ and ‘By the prince of demons He drives out demons.’

~

Question 2:  “How did Jesus explain the ‘scribes’ were wrong?”

Answer:  “Jesus made it clear that God was not as real to ‘scribes’ as to the first Protestants, the Sadducees and Pharisees, by asking them: ‘How can Satan drive out Satan’?”  Then, He explained what every believer knows:  ‘If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand.  And, if a house is divided against itself, that house will not be able to stand.  And, if Satan has risen up against himself and is divided, he cannot stand:  that is the end of him.’

Question 3:  “Did Jesus explain more to the Satan-worshiping ‘scribes’?”

Answer:  “He told ‘scribes’ of every generation what those who supported every devil’s kingdom on earth were trying to do to Him‘But no one can enter a strong man’s house to plunder his property unless he first ties up the strong man.  Then, he can plunder his house.’  Jesus let them know that they were helping Satan and his (‘kingdoms’) to ‘plunder’ their neighbors’ souls by undermining The Church-Creating Word of Jesus to His First Catholic Pope:

‘And I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.  I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.’ Earthly ‘scribes’ wanted to ‘plunder’ what they rejected:  ‘the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven’ that Jesus died to leave on earth.  ‘Souls’ are the ‘plunder’  those who work for Satan try to seize.”

Question 4:  “Did Jesus say that the souls of those who used the powers of government to loot their neighbors would suffer forever in hell?”

Answer:  “No!  He described what would happen to those who repented hurting their neighbors:  ‘Amen, I say to you, all sins and all blasphemies that people utter will be forgiven them.’

~

Question 5:  “What human ‘sins and blasphemies’ would not be ‘forgiven’?”

Answer:  “‘But whoever blasphemes against The Holy Spirit will never have forgiveness but is guilty of an everlasting sin.’

~

Question 6:  “Does the last verse, ‘For they had said ‘He has an unclear spirit.’ mean that insulting The Second Person of The Holy Trinity is also an unforgivable sin against The Holy Spirit’?

Answer:  “No one who respects God enough to Honor over 300 Bible Prophecies predicting the Birth, Life, Accomplishments, Death, and Resurrection of Jesus would take the risk of insulting The Second Person of The Holy Trinity!

~

Question 7:  “Who are the people in every time and place described by the word ‘scribes’?”

Answer:  “Those who tell lies that use their government’s taxing power to take money from their neighbors.”

~

Today’s Simple Rhyme:  “Scribes hate God!  Scribes hate neighbors! / Scribes lie to steal from all who labor!”
