The Book of Genesis describes Creation. Computers help us understand Catholicism.
It is a fact that men who are “made in the image of God” are able to make realistic movies by programming pixels.
God can program with particles! God has programmed The Big Movie out of “3-D pixels”. They are the building blocks of His Creation Program. We are all watching The Big Movie! We are all in The Big Movie! The set decorations and stage props have been programmed with incredible detail.
From shining stars to grains of gold; from minnows to mountains, The Set of The Big Movie is so perfectly programmed that we can’t prove God wrote and downloaded The Program that Produced “The Big Movie!”
The movement of particles, from electrons to clouds to stars, are all perfectly programmed. And, mostly automated!
Not us! Each of us is a “free will being”. We are each an actor in The Big Movie. We are built from DNA molecules that come from our ancestors, all the way back to Adam and Eve. We came into being at conception. We downloaded the necessary minerals to form our mind, body, and electrical circuits as we grew in The Miracle of Life.
Those who are blessed to be born have free will. Each of us writes our own lines and plays our own part. Each of us is a star in The Big Movie!
The Producer, Writer, and Director of The Big Movie are behind the scenes. The actors are able to read the Script and follow The Directions, if they choose.
Those who do follow The Script run into the oddest Directions of The Big Movie. They are repeated 14 times: “If you do not eat My Body and drink My Blood you do not have life in you.”
There is only one way to follow that direction: We must receive The Body and Blood of The Director in The Only Church He Founded when He said to one actor, one time:
“. . I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.”
He came to earth so that actors who chose to follow Directions could get their souls into Heaven. The only way we may do that?
We must do what is necessary to receive Catholic Communion. If we are blessed to do so, an odd little poem may pop into our minds:
“We eat God’s Body! We drink God’s Blood! / He raises us, up from the mud!”
Many actors have a hard time following Directions.
