Jesus only founded One Church. In Mt 16: 18-20, He is very clear: “I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you The Keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.”
Jesus did not say that to any other person. He only said it to Peter, the first man He put in charge of The Only Church He Founded.

The Bible continues to tell us clearly: Don’t leave The Catholic Church! Those who leave, or consider leaving, should consider Colossians 1: 21-23 “And you who were once alienated and hostile in mind because of evil deeds He has now reconciled in His fleshly body through His death, to present you holy, without blemish and irreproachable before Him, provided that you persevere in the faith, firmly grounded, stable, and not shifting from the Gospel that you heard, which has been preached to every creature under Heaven of which I, Paul, am a minister.”

To whom can that be unclear? IF one perseveres in The Only Faith heard from Paul and The Apostles, one may be saved. How can anyone be fool enough to ignore that? But, who was St. Paul? What does he know?

Paul was among the first called to The Only Church Jesus Founded. I Cor 10:16 tells us he was a Catholic priest/Bishop. “The blessing-cup that we bless is a communion with The Blood of Christ and the bread that we bread is a communion with The Body of Christ.” Lost souls avoid the clear meaning of the passage to justify joining some schism while separating themselves from The Only Church Jesus Founded.

When one reaches the I Cor. 10: 20, The Bible is clearer about those who do not partake in the “one loaf’: “It simply means that the sacrifices that they offer they sacrifice to demons.”

A lapsed Catholic can read such passages and totally twist them to fit their own actions. They choose not to “persevere in the faith, firmly grounded, stable and not shifting from the Gospel. . “
Then, with a total lack of rational thinking, they say their apostasy is better than obedience! The cloud of confusing contradiction keeps them from thinking clearly. We almost shed tears of frustration as we watch them justify NOT persevering “in the Faith”. Led astray by their vain need for human approval and by greedy wolves in sheep’s clothing, the lost can’t sustain obedience to The Only Church Jesus Founded.

They ignore us as we plead, “Don’t leave the Catholic Church!”, but off they go. Incredibly, they say “I believe in Jesus and The Bible” even as they are sinking slowly into the swamp of self-righteousness.

When we think about the conflicting confusion in such minds, we see what it means to be possessed by demons.
