Everyone wants to go to Heaven.  Some do.  The odds are trillions to one that Jesus was not the predicted Messiah.  So, many are blessed to realize:  “Jesus fulfilled the prophecies.  He is The Son of God.  I believe in Jesus.”

Jesus Founded One Church.  He said one time, to one man, “Verily, verily I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.  I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.”

Peter moved The Church from Jerusalem to Rome.  There, he was crucified by the authorities.  The next 30 Popes were also killed by enemies of The Church Jesus Founded.

After 300 years of persecution, The Emperor Constantine converted to Catholicism.  He made it legal to be a Catholic.  The Church continued to spread throughout The Roman Empire and beyond.  By the 500s, The Church had survived several centuries of persecution.

Church Teaching had not changed from The Last Supper.  Generations of Catholic priests were ordained in living link with the Apostles who were directly ordained by Jesus.  They provided The Actual Body and Blood of Jesus Christ at every Catholic Mass following The Last Supper.  Faithful Catholics obeyed what Jesus told us eighteen times:   “If you do not eat My Body and drink My Blood you do not have life in you.

For the next ten centuries, “The Thousand Year Reign” of the Catholic Church over Western Europe continued.  Then, as Revelation 20 prophesied, “The Thousand Year Reign” came to an end.  With Luther, “the dragon was unchained from the abyss”.

The comparative tranquility Catholicism had brought to Europe came to an end.  Greedy men conspired to confiscate the vast properties faithful Catholics had bequeathed to The Church during her “Thousand Year Reign”.

Despite the fragmentation, The Church lived to let the faithful obey the clear call to Catholic Communion Jesus repeated eighteen times:  “If you do not eat My Body and drink My Blood you do not have life in you.”

That Heavenly Food is still available for those who heed “You are My friends if you obey My commands.”
