Catholics are blessed. We hear Words of God. We strive to obey them!

How does God speak to us? He speaks with “words”. His Words tell us the only way a nation, family, or person may escape destruction!

Hosea 2: 10-14 contains These Words from God: “Thus says the LORD: Return, O Israel, to the LORD, your God; you have collapsed through your guilt.” “Guilt” comes from disobeying Words of God.

1. “Israel” refers to people who stopped obeying God’s Words in every time and place.

2. Those who do not “return” will “collapse”.

3. They “collapse” because of “guilt”.

How does “Guilt” cause “collapse”? “Guilt” comes from believing: “My desires are more important than obeying God.”

Catholic get rid of guilt! God gave Catholic priests This Power: “Those whose sins you forgive on earth are forgiven in Heaven.”

Being free from guilt helps Catholics think better about God, ourselves, our families, and our neighbors.

~

People whose minds are disordered by guilt agree: “I will replace God’s Commandments with my desires.”

Errors grow like thunderclouds in their minds. They get more confused. They ignore the “miracle in this word from God!

“Take with you words, and return to the Lord; . . .”

~

Catholics know! Words are God’s Reality! Jesus Christ is “The Word of God” in human form! We must strive to make His Words into our reality! His Words are steps on the stairway to Heaven!

God told us we must turn our thoughts into these“words”! “Say (these words) “to Him . . Forgive all iniquity, and receive what is good, that we may render as offerings the bullocks from our stalls.”

Catholics make our words and decisions reflect thoughts that bring us to obedience to God!

Catholics are blessed to obey This Word of God!

“And I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.”
