God’s IQ Test. #56. “Can I make sense of all those Protestant Denominations?”

There are 48,000 different Protestant Denominations.  Thousands more have come and gone in the past 2,000 years.  It would take a whole book to hold their names!   It would take another book to record the names of their inventors!

Catholics make sense of Protestantism in one sentence!

“For 2,000 years, The Profiteers of Protestantism have invented successful Marketing Plans and turned them into Denominations!”

~

The Profiteers of Protestantism understand three things!

1.  “If I praise people, they will give me money.”

2.  “If I tell them they are going to Heaven, they will give me more money!”

3.  “My denomination will promise Heaven to the people I praise  Their donations will go into my bank accounts!

That’s all there is to Protestantism!

~

The Profiteers of Protestantism know!   Half the people in the country are descended from Catholics!   Their Marketing Plans reflect that!

“The Catholic Church is out of touch with modern, concerned people like you!  We keep good parts of Catholicism as we deal with the difficulties of Modern Times.”

Other Protestant Marketing Plans appeal to willfully disobedient Catholics.  “No one needs to follow Catholic Teachings on abortion, birth control, divorces, and remarriages.   Personal beliefs are more important than old-fashioned Catholic Teachings!”

~

Protestant Marketing Plans also attack the older Protestant Denominations!  “Millions of Methodists, Lutherans, Presbyterians, Baptists, and Episcopalians are stuck in dying denominations.  They should support our new denomination, ‘The Young Movers and Shakers’!”

~

Catholics understand the only thing about which the 48,000 Protestant Denominations agree!   All of them insult The Holy Word with Which Jesus Christ Spoke The Catholic Church Into Being:

“And I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.”

It’s easy to make sense of all those Protestant Denominations!
