God’s IQ Test. #67. “Whose orders will I follow?'”

.                                                                    Mary and Joseph teach us all how get ahead.

A Universal Questions on earth!  Everyone wants to know:  “How can I get ahead?”

There is a Universal Answer:  “Those who follow orders get ahead.”

~

“Orders” come from from two places.

1.  God gives Orders.

2.  Higher ranking people give orders.  The highest-ranking people give orders to the most people.

~

A Universal Problem!  God’s Orders often conflict with orders from higher-ranking people.

~

The most important Universal Question on earth!  “Will I follow the Orders of God or orders from higher-ranking people?”

~

Catholics use St. Joseph as a guide.  He obeyed Orders from God and orders from his employers.

First, St. Joseph obeyed God’s Order to marry Mary!  Soon after that, his obedience to God allowed The Holy Family to escape from Herod’s assassins.

His obedience to God’s Orders kept The Holy Family alive.

Second, as a carpenter/builder, he had to obey “orders” from customers.

That obedience let His Holy Family pay their bills!

~

We are all faced with Question #1.  “Whose orders will I follow?”

Catholics begin by obeying The Order with Which Jesus Christ Spoke The Catholic Church Into Being:

“And I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.”

~

When we obey That Order from God, what happens?  We are blessed to find ways to obey orders from higher-ranking people on earth!

Catholics obey Orders from God and we obey orders from higher-ranking people.

~

Sometimes, bad people give bad orders to do bad things.  If we disobey bad people, they will destroy us.

What do Catholics do?

We see that as a great opportunity to get ahead!   We may have our immortal soul go to God’s Judgment and be forever among:  “You are My friends if you obey My commands.”

That’s how Catholics get ahead.  Forever!

And, we all say:  “Thank you, St. Joseph, for showing us the way to The Way!”
