Hate o’ meter.

Hate justifies stealing. Inflation is a form of theft. It steals value from every citizen, every day. Inflation measures how much a government hates truth and its citizens.

“We are taking away your gold and silver money. You must use coins made of cheap metal and bills made of cheap paper. We can then reduce your money’s value every day. We lie, and say we do this for your own good. We actually do it because we want to be richer and we want you to be poorer and weaker. With inflation, we can steal your money without getting our hands dirty. We hate you so much we don’t even want to touch you.”

Robert Mugabe is in charge of what used to be Rhodesia, once one of the richest countries in Africa. He hates. His latest currency is a one hundred thousand bill with which one may be able to purchase a loaf of bread.

On the inflationary hate ‘o meter, Robert is the most hate-filled head of state in the world.

Governments always lie about their own inflation because they do not want to appear to hate their citizens.

We can be thankful that our government hates us less than Mugabe hates his people.
