If Mary had not said: “I will be the handmaid of The Lord.” we would all be living without the hope of Heaven. When Catholics think of Mary, we know one thing!

It was not enough for her to merely say “I will be the handmaid of The Lord.”

The Blessed Mother of God truly became “the handmaid of The Lord”. His Holy Mother spent Her Blessed Life in perfect obedience to God.

May every Catholic strive to follow Her Holy example.
