When we increasingly realize

When we increasingly realize that our soul is the animating force that has downloaded its mind and body around it from materials programmed to be so absorbed and organized, we stop seeing people as the carefully clothed and coifed bodies they present to the world. We realize that within each of our neighbors, like ourselves, there lives a soul, often so chained to passing items and beliefs as to be unrecognizable as a living, independent, eternal entity.

Each soul, by its very nature, wants to be close to the Loving God Who programmed it into existence. It is not unreasonable to assume that half the souls will be saved, as Matthew 24:40 indicates, “Two men will be working in the field and one will be taken.” as does Luke, 17:24, “Two men will be sleeping in a bed and one will be taken.”

As we focus on the eternal placement of our soul, the activities of humans on earth fall into a larger, more proper perspective.
