Jesus did Promise: “I come to divide.” He divides all people into two groups with Nine Words! “You are My friends if you obey My commands.”

Every person is either among His obedient “friends” or among His disobedient enemies.

Jesus tried to Teach those who looked for reasons to disobey Him. Those early Protestants included “the chief priests and elders of the people.”

MT 21:23-27 “When Jesus had come into the temple area, the chief priests and the elders of the people approached him as He was teaching and said, ‘By what authority are you doing these things? And who gave you this authority?'”

+

How did Jesus try to help the early Protestants?

“Jesus said to them in reply, ‘I shall ask you one question, and if you answer it for Me, then I shall tell you by what authority I do these things.
Where was John’s baptism from? Was it of heavenly or of human origin?'”

+

Those Protestants did what every Protestant does!

“They discussed this among themselves and said, ‘If we say ‘Of heavenly origin,’ he will say to us, ‘Then why did you not believe him?’ But if we say, ‘Of human origin,’ we fear the crowd, for they all regard John as a prophet.”

+

In every generation, Protestants know they must avoid the need to obey Jesus!

“So they said to Jesus in reply, ‘We do not know.’ He Himself said to them, ‘Neither shall I tell you by what authority I do these things.'”

+

Today, Catholics try to help Protestants with this simple question!

“Was Jesus right or wrong when He Spoke The Only Church He Founded Into Being with His Word?

‘And I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.'”

Protestants still do as “the chief priests and elders” did! They invent reasons to disobey Jesus!

+

A love of their own opinions drives many to be among His disobedient enemies. We pray that they will realize the simple Truth: Jesus is always right.

That helps them choose to be among His obedient “friends”.

Forever!
