Catholics know that Jesus is So Smart that we strive to obey Every Word He Spoke. Some are too jealous to do that. That jealousy is a Big Mistake!

Question 1: “Does The Bible tell us that people who are not very smart often hate those who are?”
Answer: “Today’s Reading, from Genesis 37: 3-28, proves that many people hate those who are smarter than they are. Jacob loved his smartest son, Joseph, more than his other 11 sons. They were not as smart as Joseph.”

Question 2: “What did jealousy of their smarter brother lead them to do?”
Answer: “Their jealousy turned into murderous rage! ‘If we get rid of Joseph, we will not have to be reminded of how much smarter he is!’ They threw Joseph down a well and left him there to die. Then, they were smart enough to see a chance to make some money. They pulled him out of the well and sold him as a slave for 20 pieces of silver.”

Question 3: “Did that make them smarter?”
Answer: “No! But, they did not have being embarrassed by Joseph being smarter in every family discussion.”

Question 4: “Is that why jealous pseudo-intellectuals killed Jesus?”
Answer: “Scribes, Pharisees, Sadducees, Herodians, and some Essenes agreed on one thing! ‘We are proud to be like Joseph’s brothers! We hate being embarrassed by having people compare us to Jesus and be reminded that we are not as smart as He is.’”

Question 5: “Do many Christians think they are smarter than Jesus Christ?”
Answer: “Many people think they are so much smarter than Jesus that they reject The Church-Creating Word with Which He Spoke One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church Into Being:
‘And I say unto you, thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.’”

Question 6: “Don’t they realize that Jesus actually is smarter than they are about everything?”
Answer: “The same people who hated Joseph for being have invented nearly 50,000 denominations of Willful Protestants . They proudly reject The One, Holy, Catholic Church Spoken Into Being by That Word of Jesus . Sadly, they also reject ‘the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven’ that He died to leave on earth for their souls.”

Question 7: “What happens to the lives and souls of people who think they are smarter than Jesus?”
Answer: “Every one of them is smart enough to ask that question!”

Question 8: “But, what happens to their lives and souls?”
Answer: “They live in unhappiness on earth. If they are too stubborn to cry out to Jesus, ‘Jesus, Have Mercy on me’. They refuse to realize that the only thing in Creation that can get them into Heaven is His Mercy! The immortal souls of all who refuse to meaningfully seek His Mercy are in misery, forever.

May all be blessed to learn the lesson Joseph’s brothers learned when they begged him for food to keep their families alive! “We may be saved if we plea for mercy from those we hated for being smarter than we are.”
May all be blessed to ask Jesus for His Mercy. The Mercy of Jesus is The Only Thing that can get any soul into Heaven.
