“Micro-Catholicism” helps us “see” God.

1. God gave us free will.

2. If we could “see” God or His angels, we would not have free will. If we could “see” God, we would not have free will. Many of us would be forced to believe in Him by the evidence that came into our minds through our eyes. “seeing is believing”.

3. God does not let many of us “see” Him. We are only blessed to “see” God when He “reveals” Himself to us. The Book of Revelation does let us “see” God, but only in our “mind’s eye”.

4. The title of That Holy Book is a hint: We may only “see” God if He reveals Himself to us. We begin to “see” God by Reading His Revealed Word. We also “see” God in the actions of those who love God and their neighbors.

+ Micro-Catholicism helps us see God in our dreams.

When we dream, we see things in our “minds eye”. We see things that are put together by our soul and spirit from the billions of tiny bits of memory in our minds. We dream up odd things and beings.

Our dreams prove that we create worlds inside our mind. We connect that to The Bible’s Teaching: “We are made in the image of God.”

The worlds we create when we dream are tiny versions of God’s Creation. God dreamed up all there is!

Our dreams disappear when we wake up. God never sleeps.

A song was popular back when Protestants still followed most Catholic Teachings. It explained life in two sentences.

“Row, row, row your boat; gently down the stream. / Merrily, merrily, merrily, merrily; life is but a dream.”

Our dreams reflect our thoughts. Our thoughts reflect our desires. Our desires describe the obedience of our relationship with God.

The best thoughts and desires let us be among God’s beloved “friends”. He was clear: “You are My friends if you obey My commands.”

Catholics are blessed. Our thinking is ordered by obeying God and The Only Church He Spoke Into Being.

“And I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.”

We cannot have good thoughts, dreams, and desires while we choose to be in willful disobedience to God.
