Protestantism boils down to a silly poem:

Protestantism boils down to a silly poem:

“Here’s a lesson that God should learn!  We’ll get to Heaven on our own terms!

Catholics fear, and they obeyBut, we’ll get to Heaven our very own way!

At Heaven’s gate, we’ll scream and shout“God, don’t you dare to keep us out!”

Where does such vanity come from?  Chapter 20 of The Book of Revelation tells us us that “the thousand year reign” will end when “the dragon will be unchained from the abyss”.

Five hundred years ago, “the thousand year reign” of The Catholic Church over Western Christendom ended.   That’s when “the dragon was unchained from the abyss”.

Luther’s deadly vanity fragmented Christendom at an awful cost.  Millions were killed as Protestants and political forces combined to overthrow the Catholic Monarchies that had ruled during the miraculous “thousand year reign” when the Catholic Church provided balance to the power of the state.

What motivated so many ambitious men?  During “the thousand year reign”, generations of faithful Catholics had left properties to The Church.   The Church had no armies and navies to defend their monasteries, convents, schools, universities, hospitals, orphanages, churches, and accomodations for the poor.

When Luther was unchained, The Catholic Church owned a third of England and had large holdings in Europe.  The Church used the land to provide education, medical care, and social services.  The devil hated that!  So did his depraved disciples.  “We want The Church’s land!  The State must take over every aspect of human life!  The Church is keeping us from the control we deserve to have!”

Luther’s vanity allowed Babylon to return.  Billions of people, from Indians to the unborn, have been sacrificed on Babylon’s Altars of Convenience.  Why?

“Here’s a lesson that God should learn!  We’ll get to Heaven on our own terms!

Catholics fear, and they obeyBut, we’ll get to Heaven our very own way!

At Heaven’s gate, we’ll scream and shout“God, don’t you dare to keep us out!”
