There are about a billion Protestants.  They are divided among 45,000 different denominations.  Concerned, caring Catholics have a duty to explain:   Where Protestantism runs aground.

Catholics quote the clear words that Jesus spoke one time, to one man, about One Church:

“Verily, verily I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.  Those whose sins you forgive on earth are forgiven in Heaven.”

Protestants know the only way to have credibility is to break the connection between “thou art Peter” and “on this rock I build My Church. . .”

All of Protestantism is based on breaking the connections of Christ’s frst words to the first Pope, “Verily, verily I say unto you thou art Peter” from His following words: “and on this rock I build My Church.”

Catholics know how serious this is!   Jesus is giving a powerful instruction on which church to choose!  Catholics know that His Words, “You are My friends if you obey My commands.” refers to our choice of denomination, among other things.

To help Protestants realize that souls are endangered by disobedience, Catholics show  Where Protestantism runs aground  by asking a simple question:

“Can those who knowingly support a denomination that does not condemn abortion-inducing birth control pills, devices, and implants help but be among the ‘fornicators and murderers’ with which Revelation concludes in its description of the damned?”

The Only Church Jesus Founded has the consistency and courage to answer that question clearly.

The 45,000 denominations based on Marketing Plans invented by ambitious men cannot answer that question and show that their denominational doctrine is consistent with “love your neighbor as yourself” and “thou shalt not kill”.

That is why it is wisest, safest, and sanest to go to Judgment as a Catholic.
