Saving our soul in three steps.

Distractions keep us from what’s important.  What’s important?  Saving our immortal soul.  The soul is the organizing principle around which our mind, spirit, and body coalesce in a manner determined by our soul.  It came into being at the moment of our conception.

At that moment, DNA from ancestors is lovingly put together at the direction of God’s programming assistants.  They joyfully wrote and downloaded the Human Program that would become you, me, and each of our neighbors.

Invisible to us, powerful spirits try to gain control of our souls.  Those who want our immortal soul to live in Heavenly joy forever want us to believe and obey.

Other spirits seek to distract us from saving our soul.

We may choose to let ourselves be distracted.  If we do, our soul will not spend eternity in joy.  One path to eternal happiness begins by considering the Prophets’ predictions.

More than three hundred separate prophecies were fulfilled by Jesus Christ.  Many conclude: “This is so far beyond coincidence that God must be behind it.”  Then, a person will decide how fully to believe and obey.

Those who most fully understand become Catholics.

First, read Matthew 5:19 “Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven. . .”

Step 2 is to read John, 15: 10 and 14. ”

Step 1 and Step 2 shows us that we see that we must obey Jesus’ “least commandments”.  What are they?

One of His “least commandments” is John 6:53.  ”

The “life” He promises may only be obtained by worthily receiving Catholic Communion.  Only an ordained Catholic Priest has the power to change wafer and wine into His Body and Blood through the Miracle of Transubstantiation.

Can His Body and Blood be provided by any man-made schisms?  No.  Only the Church founded by Jesus’s words to the first Pope: ‘Thou art Peter, and on this rock, I build My Church.” has the power to provide His actual Body and Blood.  So, those who believe more fully conclude, “One of His ‘least commandments’ is that I should be Catholic, and I am going to obey.”  That is Step 3.

His “least commandments” are His Words that are “spirit and life”.  We should take all of them seriously.  When we fully believe and obey, we become Catholic.  Those too vain to fully believe and obey end up in one of the many, many man-made schisms.

Not a smart place to be, especially at the end of the day.

Hope we all make it!
