St. Paul describes what Catholic converts see and are!

St. Paul’s Letter to the Ephesians, 5:8-14 is important.  St. Paul describes what Catholic converts see and are!

“Brothers and sisters:  You were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord.”  First, those who convert to Catholicism see the “light”. Then, they “are light”!

Wow!

This is the “light” we see:  Every Word of Jesus is Truth!

All who understand that Every Word of Jesus is Truth have seen the “light”!   His Church-Founding Word must Be Truth.

“And I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.”

Anyone may see that “Every Word of Jesus is Truth!”  When we “see” that, Catholics move up!  We obey The Word with Which Jesus Spoke The Catholic Church into Being!

Then, St. Paul tells us, we “are light in The Lord”.

St. Paul tells us what to do after we have become one with The Only Church Jesus Founded.

“Live as children of light, for light produces every kind of goodness and righteousness and truth.  Try to learn what is pleasing to the Lord.
Take no part in the fruitless works of darkness; rather expose them, . . .”

When we are Catholic, we see a sad fact.   “the fruitless works of darkness” include an attack on this Catholic Teaching:  “Life must be protected from conception until natural death.”

~

“fruitless works of darkness” have caused the greatest crime in History.  Billions of unborn babies lost their lives to abortion, pills, and implants.

Why did that happen?  Their congregations were shrinking.  So, The Profiteers of Protestantism reversed the Pro-Life Teaching they once upheld.  They promised Heaven to donors who wanted to get rid of babies who were “inconvenient”.

~

“the things done by them in secret; . . .”  show that they quietly reversed their Doctrines.  They stopped protecting unborn children in families of their own congregations and clergy.  Soon, entire nations descended into “darkness” by removing laws that previously protected unborn children.

~

Catholics see what happened.   St. Paul explains.  “but everything exposed by the light becomes visible, for everything that becomes visible is light.”

Being Catholic lets us see the “light”.   That “light” lets us see the darkness into which Protestantism sank.  We pray that all Protestants will see that “light”!

St. Paul hopes so, too!  He gives this instruction to every Protestant.  “Therefore, it says:  “Awake, O sleeper, and arise from the dead, and Christ will give you light.”
