“The farther we are from God and His Church: The unhappier we are.” #29.

Peter and Paul meaningfully listened to The Prophet Isaiah. So should we!

~

Question 1: “Is it true: ‘The farther we are from God: The unhappier we are.’?”

Answer: “It is God Who told us this in Is 41:13-20: ‘I am The Lord, your God, Who grasp your right hand. It is I who say to you, ‘Fear not, I will help you.’

~

Question 2: “Shaking ‘right hands.’ with another has been a sign of agreement for thousands of years. Is Isaiah telling us that God will shake His ‘right hand’ with those who live in agreement to His Word?”

Answer: “God is offering His ‘right hand’ to us. We may meaningfully grasp His ‘right hand’ with ours if we are in true agreement with all His Teachings.”

~

Question 3: “Does God reach out to us despite knowing how full of evil thoughts and desires we are?”

Answer: “Isaiah tells us: God knows how disgusting we are! ‘Fear not, O worm Jacob, O maggot Israel; I will help you, says The Lord; your redeemer is the Holy One of Israel.'” God is reaching out to let us know that He will send His Son to save us, even when we are as repulsive as ‘worms’ and ‘maggots’!”

~

Question 4: “What does God promise to do with us Catholics if we obey His Word?”

Answer: “He will turn us into something the world has never seen! ‘I will make of you a threshing sledge, sharp, new, and double-edged, to thresh the mountains’ (nations) and crush them, to make the hills (families, clans and tribes) like chaff.'”

~

Question 5: “Was Isaiah predicting that Catholic priests and religious would lead people to obey Every Word of His Son, beginning with: ‘Thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven’.

Answer: “Isaiah predicted The Authority that God will give to His Catholic priests and religious. They provide The Teachings that separate His obedient ‘sheep’ from willful ‘goats’! He describes the fate of Willful Protestants in every generation to follow: ‘When you winnow them, the wind shall carry them off and the storm shall scatter them.’

~

Question 6: “What will happen to the immortal souls of obedient Catholics?”

Answer: “‘But you shall rejoice in The Lord, and glory in the Holy One of Israel.’

~

Question 7: “What happens to those who reject ‘the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven’ that Jesus would give to His people?”

Answer: ‘The afflicted and the needy seek water in vain, their tongues are parched with thirst.’

~

Question 8: “Is there any hope for the souls of Willful Protestants?”

Answer: “‘I, The Lord, will answer them; I, the God of Israel, will not forsake them. I will open up rivers on the bare heights, and fountains in the broad valleys; . . . (so) that all may see and know, observe and understand, that the hand of The Lord has done this, the Holy One of Israel has created it.’

~

Question 9: “How long can a Willful Protestant wait before becoming Catholic and still save their soul?”

Answer: “The sooner they ask Jesus for His Mercy, the sooner they may have the happiness of getting Christ’s ‘keys to The Kingdom of Heaven’ for their immortal soul.”

~

Question 1): “Did Isaiah give us any more reasons to be Catholic?”

Answer: “The entire Book of Isaiah is filled with God’s reasons to be Catholic! Is 45:22 makes it clear to even the most hard-hearted Willful Protestant! ‘Turn to me and be safe, all you ends of the earth, for I am God; there is no other!’

~

May the world be blessed to have the happiness of knowing: Every Prophet in The Old Testament shares the same message: “Shake ‘The Right Hand of God’ with your ‘right hand’! Be Catholic!
