Isaiah tells us the difference between good and evil. Jesus and John The Baptist agree! #30.

It is worse than foolish to reject The Only “keys to The Kingdom of Heaven” that Jesus Christ died to leave on earth!

Question 1: “How does God teach us the difference between good and evil?”

Answer: “Isaiah Is 48:17-19 makes it clear! ‘Thus says The Lord, your Redeemer, The Holy One of Israel: ‘I, The Lord, your God, teach you what is for your good, and lead you on the way you should go.’

~

Qiestopm 2: “How do Catholics benefit by obeying That Word of God?”

Answer: “‘If you would hearken to my commandments, your prosperity would be like a river, and your vindication like the waves of the sea. Your descendants would be like the sand, and those born of your stock like its grains. Their name never cut off or blotted out from my presence.’

~

Question 3: “Does that Teaching of God to Isaiah take form in Teachings of The Catholic Church?”

Answer: “God and His Church agree with God’s Word to Isaiah! ‘Life must be protected from conception until natural death.’

~

Question 4: “Do The Psalms and The New Testament agree with Isaiah?”

Answer: “The Response to Today’s Psalm (1:1-6) is from John, 8:12: ‘Those who follow You, Lord, will have the light of life.’

‘Blessed the man who follows not the counsel of the wicked and does not walk in the way of sinners nor sit in the companhy of the insolent, but delights in the law of The Lord and thinks about His Law day and night.

He is like a tree, planted near running water, that yeilds its fruit in due season, and whose leaves never fade. Whatever he does, prospers.’

Not so the wicked, not so: they are like chaff which the wind drives away. For The Lord watches over the way of the just but the way of the wicked vanishes.’

~

Question 5: “What happens to those who live in the light of God’s Word?”

Answer: “This Reading tells Catholics what we know and do every time we receive Catholic Communion! ‘The Lord will come: go out to meet Him. He is The Prince of Peace!’

~

Question 6: “Did did Jesus, Himself, let us see how to identify worldly people?”

Answer: “Jesus echoed Isaiah in Mt. 11:16-19. ‘Jesus said to the crowds: ‘To what shall I compare this generation? It is like children who sit in marketplaces and call to one another, ‘We played the flute for you, but you did not dance, we sang a dirge but you did not mourn.’

Then, Jesus explained how worldly people make the same excuses to ignore Words of God from John The Baptist, and Himself! ‘For John came neither eating nor drinking, and they said, ‘He is possessed by a demon.’

Then, the very same peoplejustified their rejection of Jesus by saying: ‘The Son of Man came eating and drinking and they said, ‘Look, He is a glutton and a drunkard, a friend of tax collectors and sinners.’

~

Question 7: “What do Catholics know?”

Answer: “There is no sane reason to ignore Any Word of God! Only Catholics strive to obey The Word of Jesus that Fulfilled Every Prophecy! ‘And I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.’

~

Jesus finishes Mt. 11:15-19 by separating Catholic Thinking from all others: “But wisdom is vindicated by her works.’” May all be blessed to stop repeating the usual reasons to reject the only, specific “keys to The Kingdom of Heaven” that Jesus Christ died to leave on earth and Have Isaiah’s Words take form in our descendants so that our:

‘Prosperity would be like a river, and your vindication like the waves of the sea; Your descendants would be like the sand, and those born of your stock like its grains, their name never cut off or blotted out from My presence.’

That’s why Catholic Teaching is hated by ‘the counsel of the wicked who walk in the way of sinners.’
