Isaiah 58:7-10 shows “the light” in Today’s Prophecies that lets us see how important it is to “Be Catholic!”: “Thus says the LORD; ‘Share your bread with the hungry, (Hidden Prophesy: Christ will share His “Bread” with us in Catholic Communion!) shelter the oppressed and the homeless, clothe the naked when you see them, and do not turn your back on your own.'”
What does Isaiah’s Prophesy predict about people who do that?
“Then, your light shall break forth like the dawn, and your wound shall be quickly healed; your vindication shall go before you, and the glory of the LORD shall be your rear guard. Then, you shall call, and the LORD will answer; you shall cry for help and He will say, ‘Here I am!’”
The Prophesy in Today’s Psalm 112:4-9 tells us “The just man is a light in darkness to the upright.”!
Those Prophesies came true when Paul told those he spoke to in 1 Corinthians 2:15, “… I did not come with sublimity of words or of wisdom. For I resolved to know nothing while I was with you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified… so that your faith might rest not on human wisdom, but on the Power of God.”
Then, Catholics see The Prophecies fulfilled in John 8:12 clearly enough to “Be Catholic!”:
“‘I am the light of the world,’ says the Lord; ‘whoever follows Me will have the light of life.”
Catholics are blessed! We do not let distractions keep us from seeing “the light” of The Church-Creating Word of Jesus to His First Catholic Pope in Mt. 16:18-20! “And I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven”!
Then, Jesus prophesies what will happen to Catholics who lose sight of “the light”:
Mt. 5:13-15 is clear, “Jesus said to His disciples: ‘You are the salt of the earth. But, if salt loses its taste, with what can it be seasoned? It is no longer good for anything but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot.” (Hidden Prophesy: that is what has happened to thousands of anti-Catholic groups in the past 2,000 years, and more are dying every day.)
Then, Jesus prophesied what every Catholic is called to be! “You are the light of the world.”
Then, Jesus prophesied that we must help others see “the light”: “A city set on a mountain cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and then put it under a bushel basket; it is set on a lampstand, where it gives light to all the house. Just so, your light must shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Heavenly Father.’
Is there a better reason to Be As Catholic As We Can?

Today’s Simple Rhyme: “May our Catholic faith shine so bright / that our neighbors see the light!”
