Today’s Reading: there is hope for some Willful Protestants!

There is one thing that “Good Believers” will not do!

There is one thing that “Good Believers” will not do!

~

Question 1:  “How does Today’s Catholic Reading tell us who ‘Good Believers’ are?”

First, James 4:13-17 tells us that ‘Good Believers’ will not arrogantly say ‘Today or tomorrow we shall go into such and such a town, spend a year there doing business, and make a profit.’

‘Good Believers’ know enough to say:  ‘If The Lord wills it, we shall live to do this or that’‘Good Believers’ will not be ‘boasting in their ignorance.  All such boasting is evil. For one who knows the right thing to do and does not do it, it is sin.'”

‘Good Believers’ avoid the sin of ‘boasting in their ignorance’.”

Question 2:  “What is ‘the right thing’ for all ‘Good Believers’ to do?”

Answer:  “Mt. 5:3 tells us ‘the right thing’ is to be among the ‘Good Believers’ whom God lets into Heaven:  ‘Blessed are the poor in spirit;  The Kingdom of Heaven is theirs’

~

Question 3:  “How do ‘Good Believers’ guide themselves?”

Answer:  “Today’s Reading includes This Teaching from John 14:6.  ‘I am the way, the Truth, and The Life, says The Lord;  no one comes to The Father except through Me.’

Question 4:  “Can some ‘Good Believers’ not follow The Church-Creating Word of Jesus:  ‘And I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.  I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven’?

Answer:  “Mark 90:38-40 tells us about some early Protestants who were ‘Good Believers’ ‘John said to Jesus:  ‘Teacher, we saw someone driving out demons in Your Name, and we tried to prevent him because he does not follow us.’

~

Question 5:  “What did Jesus say about non-Catholics who try to save their neighbors?”

Answer:  “Jesus replied, ‘Do not prevent him.  There is no one who performs a mighty deed in My Name who can at the same time speak ill of Me.  For whoever is not against us is for us.’  ‘Us’ must include all who follow Jesus and His First Cardinal-Bishops who Ordained Catholic priests and Bishops in cities throughout The Roman Empire.”

~

Question 6:  “Does That Word of Jesus tell us which ‘believers’ are good enough to have His approval?”

Answer:  “‘No ‘believer’ can ‘perform mighty deeds’ while ‘speaking ill’ of Jesus and His One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church.  Any ‘believer’ who is not ‘for us’ is among those who ‘are against us.”

Any ‘believer’ who does ‘speak ill’ of Jesus and His Church is ‘against’ Him, now and at Final Judgment.  They cannot ‘perform mighty deeds’.”

~

May every Willful Protestant, and every ‘believer’, be forever blessed by never ‘speaking ill’ of Jesus and His Church.
