Willful Protestants have always agreed: “The Lord’s Way is not fair!” #27.

From the beginning, we can see Eve telling Adam: “It’s not fair for God to expect us to obey Him!”

~

Question 1: “How long have Willful Protestants agreed: ‘The Lord’s way is not fair.’?”

Answer: “Ezekiel 18-25-28 was written around 775 BC. Ezekiel told us that ‘unfair’ people ‘turn away from virtue to iniquity and die, but that life is preserved by doing what is right and just.’

~

Question 2: “What makes meaningful belief in God possible?”

Answer: “Psalm 25: 4-9 tells us to plead with God! ‘Your ways, O Lord, make known to me; teach me Your paths, guide me in Your truth, and teach me, for you are God, my Savior!’

Then, we ask God for this favor: ‘The sins of my youth and my frailties, remember not, but in Your kindness remember me because of Your goodness, O Lord.’

We remind ourselves of God’s Nature: “Good and upright is The Lord; thus He shows sinners the way. He guides the humble to justice and teaches the humble His Way.’

Catholics are grateful to be ‘humble’ and in The Only Church God’s Son, Jesus Christ, died to Speak Into Being on earth. He gives His Chosen people the ‘keys to The Kingdom of Heaven’!

‘And I say unto you, thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.’

That Word of God connects The Psalms, Ezekiel, Jesus, and His Church to Catholics. We still cry out! ‘Remember your mercies, O Lord.’

Question 3: “Does all Catholic Teaching encourage us to meaningfully ‘follow’ Jesus?”

Answer: “Philippians 2:1-11 tells us to ‘Do nothing out of selfishness or out of vainglory; rather, humbly regard others as more important than yourselves, each looking out not for his own interests, but also for those of others.’

~

Question 4: “What do Catholics gain by doing that?”

Answer: “John 10:27 tells us! “My sheep hear My voice, says The Lord; I know them and they follow Me.’

~

Question 5: “Why do Catholics strive to ‘follow’ Every Word of Jesus?”

Answer: “Catholics remind ourselves of This Truth! Only those who meaningfully ‘follow’ Him on earth will ‘follow’ Him to Heaven and have the ‘keys’ He died to leave us when we go to His Judgment:

‘And I say unto you, thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.’

Since Adam and Eve, Willful Protestants have agreed on one thing! “The Lord’s Way is not fair!”
