Willful Protestants let vanity keep their “body parts” from the Saving Grace of Humility. #58.

“The Host” tells us how to accept His invitation to “dine” at His “table”!

~

Question 1: “Why is ‘humility’ so important to Catholics?”

Answer: “Jesus is clear about hot to put our ‘body parts’ in order! Mt. 1:29. ‘Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, For I am meek and humble of heart.’

~

Question 2: “How do we know that Jesus, The Son of God, was ‘meek and humble of heart’?”

Answer: “He accepted an agonizing death because He is so ‘meek and humble of heart’ that He died in obdience to His Father’s wishes.”

~

Question 3: “Are Willful Protestants ‘meek and humble of heart’?”

Answer: “It is impossible to be ‘meek and humble of heart’ if we intentionally renounce The Church Jesus Spoke Into Being with His Word! ‘And I say unto you thu art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.’

~

Question 4: “Does Jesus warn us about will happen to those people?”

Ansswer: “His warning is in Luke 7-11: ‘He told a parable to those who had been invited, noticing how they were choosing the places of honor at the table.’ That ‘parable’ refers to the ‘invitation to dine’ He repeated 14 times! ‘If you do not eat My Body and drink My Blood you do not have life in you.’

~

Question 5: “What did Jesus tell us to do when we receive ‘God’s invitation to dine’?”

Answer: “He told us to not act like a Willful Protestant who believes ‘Jesus must let me into Heaven!’

‘When you are invited by someone to a wedding banquet, do not recline at table in the place of honor. A more distinguished guest than you may have been invited by him, and The Host (God!) who invited both of you may approach you and say, ‘Give your place to this man,’ and then you would proceed with embarrassment to take the lowest place.’

No Willful Protestant allows themselves to Think Clearly about what ‘the lowest place’ might be!

Question 6: “What did Jesus tell us to do when we realize that God has ‘invited’ us to ‘dine’ in Heaven?”

Answer: “‘Rather, when you are invited, go and take the lowest place so that when the host comes to you he may say, ‘My friend, move up to a higher position.’ Then, you will enjoy the esteem of your companions at the table.’

~

Question 7: “Catholics love our neighbors! What advice do we give Willful Protestants who ‘exalt’ their beliefs by thinking their vanities are as pleasing to God as ‘humble servants’ in The Only Church He Spoke Into Being?'”

Answer: “We remind them of This Word of Jesus! ‘For everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, but the one who humbles himself will be exalted.’

~

If willful Protestants will not ‘humble’ themselves enough to listen to God’s Church, His Saints, and those who strive to be His ‘humble servants’, may they at least listen to Jesus!
